LIFT Vlog Episode 38: In Poiana Brașov

Hello everyone, buna ziua. Finally, my vlog from Poiana Brașov is ready - this is Romania's best ski resort which is a short bus ride away from Brașov, Romania's 7th largest city and the train journey from the capital Bucharest takes about 2 hours 40 minutes. It is definitely worth a visit - whilst it is obviously not as big as some of the resorts in the Alps, it offers great value for money and you will easily spend less than half the money you would on a holiday there than in the Alps. Everything from accommodation to transport to ski rental to ski passes to meals are very cheap. I was there in Poiana Brașov for a total of 3 days and there was enough to keep me occupied. Be warned that on Saturdays, the place can get quite crowded with locals, but somehow it is quite okay on Sundays.  Many thanks for watching.
