Vado a Bari oggi and my other travel plans

Hello there guys, just to let you know that I'm off to Italy today. I'll be flying into Bari airport and spending the long weekend in the Puglia region. It is a more rural, less touristy part of Southern Italy which is more laid back compared to the central and northern parts of Italy where most tourists tend to visit. I've written another piece this week but it is not ready for publication yet, I'll deal with it when I get back. I've got several trips already planned: I'm attending a conference in Valencia, Spain in the first week of May and then there's another event in Panama City in the last week of May so I am actually away for half of May, given that I'll be traveling for 15 days. This is awesome as it is more like pre-pandemic times when travel like that was possible and I'm a little bit nervous about having to do so much business in Spanish which is my fourth language (after French and Mandarin) but without being thrown into such situations, my Spanish will never become totally fluent and this is exactly the kind of motivation I need to improve my Spanish. I will be presenting at the event in Panama, in Spanish of course and I'm telling myself: you have plenty of time to prepare, you can do this. Oh there's also the possibility of another trip to Scotland as well but that's not confirmed yet. So much happening, but first I have to pack, as I have 3 hours before I have to leave my house for the airport. Catch you later, thanks for reading - ciao!
