Hi all, I'm still struggling to catch up with my blogging! I am working like 9:30 am to 3 or 4 pm most days, then dashing off for my afternoon rehearsals/debriefing before being on stage all evening. I usually get home between 11 or even at midnight some nights. It's now Saturday lunch time and I am just catching up on a lot of stuff like sorting out my online banking and opening my mail before performing this evening. Here are some photos from my recent visit to the lovely city of Ghent (English) or 'Gand' in French and 'Gent' in Dutch. I hope you like these photos :)

I must inform you that Starhub Safesurf has extended its blanket ban on your blog, as they have done to others that perform critical analysis or just simply being critical of the incumbent government. I have had it removed from my subscription so I can now post this comment. Surely the PAP IB at work here.
ReplyDeleteHi there and thanks for your comment. To be honest, I kinda anticipated this as the traffic had slowed by about 25-30% in the last few days and I was wondering what caused it.
DeleteI've already been very critical of the PAP since I started blogging - am I going to change? Hell no. I was surprised it didn't happen sooner.
There is that saying... the forbidden fruit is always sweeter - maybe this will make my readers work a bit harder to find a way to read my blog just to hear the truth about the PAP and censorship in Singapore!
BTW, is it just my blog that you cannot access on Starhub, or are you able to access other blogs on blogger.com please?
Deleteits not only your blog. other blogs such as alex au's yawning bread, singaporeanmind, singapore notes etc etc. have fallen under this "safesurf" ban. IMHO, its fucking pathetic they have to resort to such means; instead of sticking up for their point of view and providing rational, empirical explanation to back it (to which I am a willing audience to any party), instead they have simply resorted to such tactics to promote their agenda, but oh well, I guess I am expecting too much from them.
DeleteOtherwise, very picturesque, very typically European photos of winter. Keep 'em coming.
