Traveling without cash: is it possible?

Hej guys, my latest piece of travel writing from Denmark and Sweden is now up on Alvinology. I had attempted to do this trip only on cards, without using any cash. Given that Denmark and Sweden each had their own currency, I was determined not to return to the UK with any left over Danish or Swedish currency that I couldn't spend in London. Did I succeed?
