Spring has arrived in London

Hello everyone. I thought I'd just share this photo I took at lunchtime today of the beautiful pink cherry blossoms in the sunshine set against a pure blue sky. Today was the first time it felt like spring as I walked around in just two layers as temperatures reached 14 degrees at lunchtime. Yes spring does have its perks, such as longer daylight hours and loads of pretty flowers as plants burst back into life. I do prefer winter though - it is still my favourite season but hey, when life gives you lemons... I am going to appreciate the cherry blossoms for now. Aren't they pretty?
