LIFT Vlog Episode 29: Spectra by Ryoji Ikeda

Hi! In this vlog episode, I am showing you a very special art installation: Spectra by Ryoji Ikeda. For one week only, this amazing art installation was visible from most parts of London as 49 high powered beams shot up into the night sky. This installation was to commemorate the outbreak of WW1 in Europe a hundred years ago, when the lights went out across Europe. It was surreal being there - I am just glad I went at nearly 1 am in the morning as it was still very crowded, it would have been a lot more crowded earlier in the evening. Enjoy!
