It's berry picking season!

Hi guys, I just wanted to share with you 4 photos I took yesterday on my way back from diving. It's berry picking season here in the UK! Wild blackberries grow all over the UK and they don't need much love - they just grow like weeds everywhere and seem always to produce a bumper crop. For the next month or so, the berries are ripening as we approach the start of autumn and I have posted some photos last year of my berry picking in Somerset. Yeah you can always buy fruit from the shops of course, but that's not as fun! Here are 4 from yesterday:
Just head to any park and you will find wild blackberries growing in  the UK.
The black ones are ripe and sweet - the red ones are unripe and sour.

All washed and ready for the freezer or blender (they make great smoothies)
