Experiencing the different seasons in England
Given that we've had the first taste of winter today (2 degrees with sleet/hail + wind) I thought I'd dig up a photography project I did years ago. I took a picture of a tree over a period of 12 months, to show you how the seasons affect a humble tree. I was amazed at how my friends on Facebook loved the project back then, so I'm going to repost some (not all, just too many) of the pics from that project here. No captions are necessary, the pictures speak for themselves: autumn - winter - spring - summer and then back to autumn. In that 12 months, the temperature reached -10 degrees in winter and +34 degrees in summer - that's quite a range and I have focussed on spring and autumn when the changes in the tree are most stark. Enjoy!
