Akan Datang: the AIM saga & Alex Au

Okay I can't stay silent any more - I have completed my draft on the AIM saga and will unleash it very soon. I just want to spend a bit more time reading other related articles and edit it before publishing it. Akan datang. Have a good weekend everyone.

  1. Careful with what you write, otherwise be prepared to get sued. Oh wait, you already gave up your Singapore passport. Hahaha....

    1. Cheers, I will be careful - but I am analyzing the issue, taking a step back to make sense of what has happened, in a purely reactionary manner. Alex Au however, was in attack mode. I am in analysis more - quite different.

Not being in Singapore or Singaporean is no protection against being sued in London, the libel capital of the world. As it says in the Economist, “anyone anywhere in the world who can prove that someone in England has bought, read, or downloaded potentially defamatory material about them can start a court case.”

  2. Hey man,

I don't think you need to be overly careful if you are writing something that is factual and objective. I will personally campaign if any persecution ever happens as I personally believe strongly in freedom of speech (though being responsible about it). You have my support sir.

    Cheers.
