That ship passed through at least Indonesia and Malaysia (and possible many other countries) before reaching Singapore. Why was it that it did not stop at those countries, but chose Singapore? Especially when it will shorten the time these people need to spend on the ship (by up to 3 days,from previous reports)? 1. Their vessel the Nagu sank in the Bay of Bengal.
2. They didn't drown in the Bay of Bengal, unlike the other 160 refugees who did.
3. They spent up to 30 hours, clinging on to piece of wood, floating in the middle of the Indian Ocean, whilst those around them drowned.
4. There were two ships who picked up the survivors, the other one wasn't headed to Singapore.
5. The Nosco Victory happened to be headed to Singapore.
6. The captain wasn't able to divert to a nearest port and decided to continue en route to Singapore.
How many coincidences were there in that sequence of events before they ended up in Singaporean territorial waters, on board the Nosco Victory? You fucking idiot. Do you think any of that could be arranged, including the sinking of the Nagu and the drowning of the 160 refugees? You think they had a rendezvous with the Nosco Victory in the Bay of Bengal and then had the ability to call the shots on the Nosco Victory to tell the captain where to go?
